Project description:

SMART Communities is made up of the Brain Candy Lab Community Advisory Board. BCL CAB members discuss and evaluate findings to iteratively refine the content and make real-time adjustments to recruitment practices and jointly develop post-recruitment parent and youth surveys to assess perceptions of the knowledge gained in the study and barriers to participation. The goal is the development of generalizable knowledge disseminated to the community and an increased sense of engagement in the research process for community stakeholders.
